How to find an Item
ideal808.com is laid out using a category structure. Each
category is comprised of multiple sub-categories in which
you can find all of the related products. This method may
take a little longer than the search tool but the browse
time is well worth the effort! Once you get to where you
want to be you’ll find yourself immersed into a world
of collectibles directly related to your desires!
Hint - There are various methods to skipping
back and forth between pages and jumping from sub-category
to sub-category. And if all else fails the good old search
tool will always be there.
Search Tips
We love our search tool, and we believe that you’ll
feel the same way after you try your first search on our
website. This incredibly useful tool is located at the top
left of every page. To enter your search, simply type in
what you are looking for, any word(s) in any order, and
“Presto!” all matching results will be displayed
in alphabetical order for your convenience.
General Search Tips
- Use specific words instead of general ones - For example,
a search for X-Men CGC will return fewer listings than just
a search for CGC or X-Men.
- For a closer match, specify a series number, issue number,
or grade - For example, to find a particular comic book,
don't just type Amazing Spider-Man in the search box. If
you are looking for an Amazing Spider-Man #1, enter: Amazing
Spider-Man 1.
- Add or remove the letter s for more results - For example,
you'll get two different lists of items when you search
for deck and decks. Try your search with and without the
final s.
- Be careful when using and, or, and the - Our search engine
searches for and, or, and the just like it would any other
word. Use and, or, and the only if you're searching for
items containing these words, such as Buffy the Vampire
Slayer.
- Don't use extra punctuation - Only use punctuation in
your search if you expect it to be in the item title or
category you're searching. Examples include Yu-Gi-Oh!, X-Men,
or 9.8.
- Consider browsing - If you're not searching for something
specific, try browsing the categories for surprising discoveries.
Advanced Search Options
For internet veterans we have also made advanced search
options available for your shopping pleasure. Exactly the
same as a normal search, however before clicking on the
button select any of the options available to enhance your
search results. A summary of search results is listed below.
All Words – Returns results that contain all of the
words entered into the search field.
Any Words – Returns results that contain any one or
more of the words entered into the search field.
Exact Match – Returns a result that is a 100% match
of the words and order entered into the search field

How to order an item
You may already have noticed the 'Add to cart' button on
each item page. If you would like to purchase that item
you can click on the button, which will result in adding
1 of that item into your shopping cart. You will be able
to change the number of copies you want to order when you
check out.
Shop While You Browse!
Intended for the shopper who is pressed for time or someone
who would like to browse through the entire category, next
to each product you will find a cute shopping cart icon
that you can press to instantly add any product to your
shopping cart, without having to look at the detailed item
view.
Pre-order items
Some items are available for pre-order. You may still add
these items to your shopping cart, however, pre-order items
will be shipped separately once they come in.
If you would like to order an item that is currently for
pre-order, please read below:
- If you are ordering a pre-order item, the entire cost
of the item is charged on check out. As soon the last
item on your order arrives, your complete order will then
be shipped to you.
- Separate shipments can be made for multiple pre-order
times but additional shipping charges will apply.
- If your order consists of a combination of an item
in stock as well as pre-order item(s) will be considered
a separate order to be shipped immediately after the product
is received (additional shipping charges will apply).
- All release dates are subject to change based on information
we receive from each manufacturer. We update our website
daily to reflect the most up-to-date information available.
- Any cancellation of a pre-order item paid with a credit
card will be subject to a 3% processing fee that will
be deducted from your refund. This 3% fee is based off
the fees charged by our credit card processing service.

satisfaction, all packages are carefully packed for shipping
and with our premium service, all packages are fully insured
to protect against theft, damage, or loss.
We currently
offer customers the choice between a Regular and Premium
shipping service. The total cost of shipping is determined
by the service selected and calculated at the time of checkout.

- Anywhere in the United States (US) and US Territories

Regular Shipping: All orders under 2 pounds will
be shipped via US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
All orders that exceed 2 pounds will be upgraded to UPS
Ground, excluding Alaska and US Territories.
Domestic
Premium Shipping: If you select our Premium shipping
service, your order will receive priority processing and
automatically shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air service.
*Please
note that all orders being shipped via UPS must have a home
or business mailing address. UPS does not deliver to PO
Boxes.
*All
orders placed after our 4:00PM cut off time on Friday afternoon
will not be shipped until Monday of the following week when
UPS resumes business.
Foreign
Regular Shipping: All orders under 4 pounds will
be shipped via Global Priority Mail. All orders above 4
pounds will be shipped via Global Airmail Parcel Post.
Foreign
Premium Shipping: If you select our Foreign Premium
shipping service, your order will receive priority processing
and automatically be sent via Global Express Mail.
*Please
note that all foreign orders will be shipped with an invoice
and declared for its full value. All foreign customers are
responsible for any duty and taxes imposed by your country
at your country’s border. Customs fees are common
when ordering goods from another country and we have no
control over these charges nor can we predict what the fees
will be. Customs policies vary from country to country and
we suggest that you contact your local customs office regarding
their fees before ordering.

Delivery times
For
orders with items that are out of stock, the customer will
be notified within 24 hours after the order is processed.

Track a package
To track the status and delivery of your order, you simpy
log in to your member page. You will there see a list of
all your orders ordered chronologically by date, with the
most recent on top. Once your items are shipped, a tracking
number will be visible as a link. Clicking on the tracking
number will open up a new window with detailed information
about the current location and status of your shipment.

Our return
policy
We accept returns based on the following conditions:
- Any and all returns must notify our Returns Department
within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
- Please remember that all merchandise must be in the
exact same condition as it was sent. If the product has
been opened, tampered with, played with, broken, or altered
in any fashion we will be unable to accept your claim.
- If the return is due to an error by our company (i.e.
our shipping department accidentally sent you the wrong
merchandise), we will accept full responsibility for all
shipping and replacement costs. If such a mistake has
occurred please contact us immediately to make arrangements
for a replacement package to be sent and for the mistaken
product to be returned. Depending on the method of payment
a refund check or store credit will be immediately issued
to you for the difference in shipping.
- If the return is not due to an error of our company
(i.e. you ordered a product then later decided you don’t
want it), the buyer will be held responsible for a 15%
re-stocking fee and all shipping costs will be deducted
from your refund. Note: As mentioned above any merchandise
not in its original condition as the time it was shipped
will not be accepted.
- Please include the original invoice inside of the package
you are returning. We also kindly ask that when sending
merchandise back to please pack all items carefully to
insure safe shipping and handling by the carrier service.
- Refunds are usually issued within 48 hours after settlement
is completed. Please allow for delays during holiday seasons
and holidays.

How to
cancel an order
Any order that has not yet been processed can be cancelled
with no obligation (usually within 24 hours). You can contact
our Customer Care Center to see if your order has not yet
been processed. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders can be cancelled
anytime prior to the release date and or the time of your
order being processed. All cancelled orders that have already
been charged will be subject to a 3% processing fee that
will be deducted from your refund. This 3% fee is based
off the fees charged by our credit card processing service.
